Working Principle:
Water bath capable of containing immersed Le-Chatlier moulds with specimens and of raising their temperature from 27 °C ± 2 °C to boiling in 27 ± 3 minutes.
Brief Construction Details:
- Made of double walled construction
- Outer body made of Mild steel material which is powder coated in attractive shades.
- Inside Chamber is made of stainless steel material - 304
- Gap between the inside chamber and outer body wall is filled by glass wool insulation to avoid direct heat losses.
- Heating is achieved by means of kettle type heating elements with self ejection device in case of dry running.
- The heater is easily replaceable.
- The bath can accommodate Twelve (12) Le-chatlier moulds at a time in the manner prescribed in IS/ASTM/BS specifications.
- Complete with three core wire and 15 Ampere 3-pin top.
- Supplied complete with stand to place 12 Le-Chatlier Moulds, as directed by the standard requirements.
