Microprocessor Based pH Meter is a high performance microcontroller based system for accurate, reliable & precise pH, mV and Temperature measurements. The microprocessor technology and advanced engineering techniques used, give enhanced accuracy and reproducibility. The system has user friendly prompts which guide you through out the measurement process.
The instrument has in-built error codes which alert you to incorrect buffers, over range and procedural errors. It has auto buffer recognition facility. Both auto and manual temperature compensation facility is available. It has 8 soft touch membrane type keys for ease of operation. Storage facility for 1000 samples has been provided, which are retained in the system’s memory. It also has the provision for the attachment of any dot matrix / thermal printer with serial RS232 interface.
The instrument is extremely useful for Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries, Agriculture and Soil Analysis laboratories, Swimming pools, Water quality control in boiler feed water, water works department, Fertilizer plants, Petroleum Refineries, breweries, water purification plants etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MAINTENANCE OF PH ELECTRODE
To ensure an optimum response time, the glass sensor tip and the reference junction of the pH electrode should be kept moist and not be allowed to dry out when not in use. Placing the electrode in a small glass filled with pH storage solution or replacing the solution in the protective cap is a suitable way to store the electrode. It is recommended to rehydrate the electrode after a cleaning procedure by soaking for at least one hour before taking measurements. pH Storage solution can be supplied at extra cost
