We are looking for an HR Executive with the right communication skills to take on administrative tasks in our HR Department. The prime responsibility is to maintain records and manage confidential documents along with other day to day HR related work.  

Key Responsibilities ( Not Limited to )

  1. Collaborate with the Director’s & CEO to systematically manage the business’s HR policy
  2. Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
  3. Assist the HR department in various process like hiring, leave management, payroll etc. -Oversee employee recruitment and boarding skills, salary proceedings, and dismissals. Assist in payroll and day to day HR related work.
  4. Sharing of positive and negative feedback by supervising staff performance on regular intervals and guide employees towards better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
  5. Ensure the application of rules and procedures as per statutory norms.
  6. Coordinate with various department to gather the data for various MIS.
  7. Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE :

This position will be based at Kathwada, Ahmedabad. Only local candidates will be considered for further process.

However, Ideal candidate would be having core HR experience with having qualities like patience, integrity, having empathetic approach and cake take or suggest wise decision.

Collection - Executives

Description

We are hiring Collection Executive for Ahmedabad, Kubadthal location . Collections Executives will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers.

Job Description

Aspiring candidate would be handling following functions:

(1) To refer to the Account Ledger of the customer list and to make telephonic / email / WhatsApp communications.

(2) To reconcile the customer ledger with our account ledger.

(3) Visit the customer for payment follow up, if required.

(4) To analyze outstanding accounts of the company and to segregate month wise outstanding dues and to make follow-up for matured and older pending outstanding.

(5) To make follow-up according to priority.

(6) To make decisions for legal actions for unresponsive clients.

(7) Refer to the concerned department for pending service like demonstration / warranty / calibration certificates / complaints, if any for release of payment from customers.

(8) To bring to the knowledge of the accountant for TDS / Late Penalty / Kasar if any is deducted by the customer. 

(9) To regularly verify a Suspense account and bring to the knowledge of the accountant.

(10) To adhere to company policy and procedure.

Must have knowledge of MS Office and having decent communication skill .

Job Description

Job Responsibilities includes:

(1) To calibrate related instruments of his / her faculty according to standard operating procedure and to write down the raw data and to maintain record on daily basis. 

 (2) To take periodical training of calibration as per organization direction.

 (3) To be updated for all calibration procedures as per national / international standard.

 (4) To prepare a calibration certificate according to standard format.

 (5) To maintain the housekeeping and environmental conditions of the lab as per QMS.

 (6) To maintain all calibration lab equipment and master equipment as well as documents as per QMS. In case of any problem to bring to the knowledge of Senior Calibration Engineer.

 (7) To visit a customer site (Anywhere in India) for calibration activity.

 (8) To face internal / external audits of the laboratory.
