About The Role : EMD executives should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of laws and policies related to Debt and EMD Collection.


Responsibilities :


  1. Managing accounts: Overseeing all collections and EMD, and monitoring accounts for overdue payments 
  2. Negotiating payment schedules: Contacting clients to inform them EMD and negotiating payment plans 
  3. Addressing customer queries: Responding to customer queries, and handling objections and rebuttals 
  4. Building client relationships: Building trust and credibility with clients, and understanding their needs 
  5. Investigating and solving problems: Investigating and solving customer problems, and consulting with clients on billing and credit issues 
  6. Updating account status: Reconciling customer accounts, and updating customer account status 
  7. Maintaining records: Maintaining electronic records and hard copies of all payment plans, amounts paid, and EMD related communications 


Qualifications :


  1. Fluency with all three languages such as : Hindi, Gujarati and English
  2. Negotiation Skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and Sales software programs.
  4. 3-4 years of Experience required in the same field
