We are looking for an HR Executive with the right communication skills to take on administrative tasks in our HR Department. The prime responsibility is to maintain records and manage confidential documents along with other day to day HR related work.  

Key Responsibilities ( Not Limited to )

  • Collaborate with the Director’s & CEO to systematically manage the business’s HR policy
  • Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
  • Assist the HR department in various process like hiring, leave management, payroll etc. -Oversee employee recruitment and boarding skills, salary proceedings, and dismissals. Assist in payroll and day to day HR related work.
  • Sharing of positive and negative feedback by supervising staff performance on regular intervals and guide employees towards better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
  • Ensure the application of rules and procedures as per statutory norms.
  • Coordinate with various department to gather the data for various MIS.
  • Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE :

This position will be based at Ahmedabad. Only local candidates will be considered for further process.

However, Ideal candidate would be having core HR experience with having qualities like patience, integrity, having empathetic approach and cake take or suggest wise decision.

Aspiring candidate would be handling following functions:
