CEMENT MORTAR FLEXURAL TESTING JIG - EN 196, EN 1015

Details:

1. The flexural Jig is designed for testing of 40 x 40 x 160mm cement prism
2. The frame is fitted with roller beaters accordance to EN 196-1.
3. Robust frame fitted with an upper bearer that moves vertically supported by springs.
4. One of the two lower bearer can tilt horizontally and the distance between the two bearers is 100 mm. 
5. Two lower bearer (supporting rollers) are of Length between 45-50 mm, having (10 ± 0,5) mm diameter.
6. The upper bearer also has same length between 45-50 mm, having (10 ± 0,5) mm diameter.
7. Total Height 188 mm.

Note:

The compression/UTM Machine shall be capable enough to exert 50 N/S loading rate for accurate results as per above listed EN Standards.
