For 30 cubes of 150 mm / 70.6 mm size. 24 hour cycle from time of mixing, controlled 27°C ± 2°C curing temp for grey cement. Accelerated curing for worm water

Applications

Accelerated Curing Tank having capacity to accommodate various sizes of concrete cube moulds or Cement mortar Cube Moulds, with a facility for accelerated curing by conditioning water method from temperature range : 27 ± 2°C as per IS standard IS : 9013. Also it will have capacity for curing by warm water method at temperature 55 ± 2°C. The whole body of cube mould with the sample of concrete/cement mortar inside is to be immersed in the tank and the Tank is stout enough to bear heavy load on its platform.

Construction Details

Tank will consist of a rectangular double walled metal cabinet, inner chamber made of 1mm thick stainless steel(S.S.304). Outer chamber made of 20 SWG Galvanized sheet ‑ powder coated. 50 mm gap between the walls is filled up with special grade glass wool for purpose of insulation to avoid heat and cool losses. Specially designed L shaped High wattage heaters will be mounted in the chamber in such a way that, it facilitates easy replacement within 5 minutes by normal skilled person. It will have facility to circulate water inside the chamber by stirrer to maintain the uniform temperature of water. Inside the chamber, there will be a heavy gauge stainless steel perforated platform with ribs to with stand the heavy load of the cubes. It will also have a lid with lifting handle to cover the chamber.

The front panel will have power supply indicating lamp and one main switch suitable for operation on 440 Volts, 50 Hz, three phase, AC supply. It will also have a DIGITAL Auto tuning PID temperature indicator cum controller fitted on the front panel.

The tank will be double walled construction; inner chamber will be made of 20 SWG S.S. sheet of 304 quality. The inner chamber size will be such that it accommodates 30 moulds of 150mm size. The outer chamber is made of Galvanized Sheet of 20 SWG. 50 mm gap between the walls is filled up with special grade glass wool for purpose of insulation to avoid heat and cool losses. The inner chamber has ribs for placing the shelves at convenient levels supplied with two removable shelves. It is fitted with Stainless steel lid door with closing device.

Instrumentation

Temperature is maintained by Digital temperature indicator cum controller from 20 ‑ 55 °C ± 2 °C or any desire range.
