FLOW TABLE (CONCRETE)-MOTORISED - 76.2 CM DIA - M.S. TOP - IS 1199

As per IS:1199-1959 (R.A.2004)

Detailed specification as follows:



1. A M.S. table top 762 mm dia, finely machined at the top and having reinforcing ribs at the bottom. A vertical shaft is fitted to the underside of the table in the center.
2. A cast iron frame with machined base and a polished smooth vertical hole for the table shaft. A horizontal shaft carries a cam at one end and a hand wheel at the other with an appropriate motor assembly for rotation.
3. A conical mould in the form of frustum of a cone 250 mm inside dia at base, 170 mm inside dia at top and 120 mm high. It is provided with two lifting handles.
4. Complete with one tamping rod 0-60 cms long x 16 mm dia.
5. The ground and hardened steel cam is designed to drop the table by 12.5 mm.
6. Electrically operated to raise and drop the table top approx. 15 times in 15 seconds.
7. Suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 cycles, A.C. Supply.
