Details

1. Each RCPT cell will be made up of transparent acrylic material of 150 * 150mm* 50mm thick as per ASTMC 1202.
2. It will hold the concrete specimen of 100mm diameter 50mm thick.
3. It will be provided with rubber gasket and washers for achieving leak proof.
4. Stainless steel bolts with washers and nuts will be provided to hold the specimen rigidly.
5. The power supply will be applied to each cell through banana sockets and the current will be distributed through the brass mesh.
6. Each cell will be provided with openings in top for pouring chemicals and the temperature sensors. The openings can be closed with lids.
7. The volume of chemicals within the chamber shall be 250ml.

14. DC supply should be provided to all the four channels simultaneously and the current flow through each cell will be separately monitored.
15. Flexible cables with the banana type pins will be provided for all the cells to establish the connection with the apparatus.
16. Temperature of each cell also monitored and recorded.
17. The observation screen is 7" coloured touch screen with advance data acquisition system

Data acquisition Processing system and software:

1. DC voltage in 0-99.9volt, current in 999.9 milliamp. and the temperature of chemical solutions in 99.9 deg Centigrade (maximum values)
2. LCD displays indicate all the parameters continuously. All the data are transmitted to the computer simultaneously.
3. Record Interval time set : 0-99hr, 0-99min and 0-99 Sec, Total log time set : 0-99hr, 0-99min and 0-99 Sec.
4. The set values are settable through key pad switches provided
5. Totally eight parameters, four numbers of cell current and four numbers of temperature of the cell chemicals are displayed
6. All the acquired data are transferred to the PC through RS232 output and through USB
7. The monitor display the present current reading as well as the cumulative current reading.
8. At the end of test, quartz buzzer is activated and the PC saves the readings in a separate file.
9. For graphical display software is provided.
