EIE Instruments Private Limited is into manufacturing of Laboratory Equipment and Testing Devices.
Role Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for executing a wide range of HR functions, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role serves as a key point of contact for employee relations, recruitment support, and administrative tasks within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Policy Management & Compliance
- Policy Implementation: Act as the internal expert on company HR policies (e.g., Leave, Code of Conduct, Travel, Anti-Harassment, etc.). Ensure all policies are communicated, understood, and consistently applied across the organization.
- Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to local and national labor laws and statutory regulations in all HR processes.
- Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policy manuals and employee handbooks.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and conduct comprehensive new employee orientation and induction programs. Manage the exit interview process and complete offboarding formalities.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first line of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and prompt resolution in line with company policies.
- Performance Management: Support the execution of the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
- Sourcing & Screening: Assist the recruitment team by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various departments.
- Documentation: Handle all recruitment-related paperwork, including offer letters, appointment letters, and background verification processes.
4. HR Administration & Payroll Support
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Attendance & Leave: Track and manage employee attendance, leave records, and entitlements according to policy.
- Payroll Input: Provide necessary input for monthly payroll processing, including changes in salary, deductions, and variable pay.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience working as an HR Executive, HR Administrator, or similar role.
- Policy Knowledge: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) is mandatory.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using an HRIS/HRMS platform.
