Automatic Extraction Equipment: Improves precision and efficiency by performing continuous washing and centrifugation to extract bitumen from asphalt mixtures.
Sieving Process: Ensures the aggregate is thoroughly cleaned of bitumen and provides a gradation curve for quality control.
Solvent Recovery: Minimizes environmental impact and operational costs by reclaiming the solvent used during the extraction process.
Fully automatic testing cycle:
- Sieving
- Centrifuge extraction
- Solvent recovery
The basic automatic bitumen extractor machine comprises:
- A sieving unit with solvent spraying nozzle to separate and wash out the asphalt sample capacity 7 sieves 200 mm dia.
- A filter less centrifuge to separate the filler from the solvent and bitumen solution.
- A solvent recovery unit to recover the solvent.
The apparatus is supplied complete with a separate electric control panel and three spare cups for the extraction centrifuge
