Oven is designed to determine the the effect of heat & air on asphaltic materials (thin film test).The unit is heavily insulated & has a double glass built in door for view inside temperature is controlled at 163°C ± 1°C. by means of a calibrated PID based DIGITAL TEMP. INDICATOR CONTROLLER. Inside Suspended a 340 mm dia rotating platform having provision to keep 4 Nos. sample containers of 140 mm ID X 10 mm Internal depth, rotated by external motor from 5 to 6 R.P.M. (supplied with cups). Inner chamber made of stainless steel sheet of 304 grade & outer of mild steel sheet ‑ powder coated. To work on 230 volts, AC 50 Hz supply. 

Optional Rotating shelf can be supplied for Loss on heating test,as per  IS:1212 having approx.250 mm dia with provision to keep Nine aluminium cups of 55 mm ID X 35 mm depth at extra cost of Rs.4500.00
