The Loading unit is of fully welded construction having a adjustable cross head, base, and solid side plates to provide maximum rigidity throughout the working range. A hydraulic jack is fixed to the top. The rollers of the flexural assembly are hardened, ground and polished. The upper roller assembly is provided with self-aligning action suitable for four-point or three point loading. To facilitate testing of various size specimens, suitable size spacer is provided for testing beams of 100X100X500mm and 150X150X 700mm.
The machine will be supplied with following essential accessory:
- Transducer holder
- Displacement transducer (LVDT), 50 mm stroke with flat head with least count of 0.01 mm – 2Nos
- Deflection measuring device- This device is fixed directly on the fiber reinforced concrete beam under test. It is placed between the loading bearers of a flexure frame or of a flexure device in a compression frame. – 1 No
- CMOD Accessory As per EN 14651 Displacement transducer for measuring of crack opening, measuring range (3-8mm) supply with fixing Jigs (CLIP GAUGE) – 1No
- Datum block to be glued on the on the lower side of concrete beam for the first crack strength test – 10 Nos
- Aluminum block(knife edge) to be glued on the on the notch opening for the beam for the measurement of CM0D – 10 Nos
