CONCRETE PERMEABILITY TESTER - AS PER  IS 516 (Part 2/Sec1): 2018 - 3 CELL UPTO 15 KG PRESSURE WITH HIGH PRESSURE AIR COMPRESSOR

Applications :

Water Permeability testing machine is at 3 points to determine the depth of penetration of the water into the concrete (impermeability) under known time and pressure

Descriptions :

Concrete Permeability Apparatus consisting three specimen holder assemblies as per IS:516 (PART2/SEC1) with manifold assembly to hold end Pressure of 15 kg/cm2 (15 Bar) and a Pressure  Gauge of 21kg/cm2 (21Bar)  with another gauge of 21 kg/cm2 (21 Bar) on the panel to show the inlet pressure. 

Size: 150mm dia. X 160mm high. Complete with Air Compressor.

The specimen is put into the test chamber, clamped with suitable flanges and gaskets, and then a known water pressure is applied on the specimen’s surface for a time as requested by Standard, by using a suitable air compressor (accessory). The water penetrated is measured by breaking the specimen.
