Used for paver blocks curing before flexural and tensile splitting test at 27 ±2°C. Referred test method in IS 1734-7: 1983.
Application: 

For paver blocks curing before flexural and tensile splitting test at 27 ±2°C.

HEATING + COOLING FACILITY:

Temperature is Controlled from 10°C to 100°C ± 2°C curing temperature.
Can be controlled at 27 °C ± 2 °C for Normal curing  or upto 100 ± 2°C For Accelerated curing by boiling water method
Also, it will have capacity for curing by warm water method at temperature 55 ± 2°C. 
The whole body of cube mould with the sample of concrete/cement mortar inside is to be immersed in the tank and the Tank is stout enough to bear heavy load on its platform.
Provided with water inlet and outlet valves.

Construction:

  • Double walled Double walled stainless steel construction with inlet/outlet to fill/drain water, stirrer and pyramid type lid.
  • Rigid base to accommodate heavy samples for curing and to prevent any damage to equipment/ instruments attached at the bottom.
  • Outer surface shall be epoxy painted.
Water filling arrangement:

  • Will have metallic (rust free material) float valve arrangement to ensure auto fill for continues operation with ½” supply line.
  • Float valve Will be of good quality metallic material for longer life
Operating conditions:

The equipment will be capable of maintaining water temperature at 27±2°C without any error and capable of achieving uniform temperature and will be capable of achieving uniform temperature and will be 100% leak proof. 

Safety:

There will be proper insulation / water proofing arrangement separating controller circuit area from water bath chamber to prevent steam/moisture entering controller/instrumentation box area.

Spares and AMC service:

Spares will be readily available for ensuring timely maintenance.
List of spare parts (with specifications) will be provided at time of delivery.

Cover for water bath will be hinged at longer edge along with arrangement for holding the cover in open position.

Forced circulation

Inbuilt stirrer for uniform temperature distribution with switch to turn it on/off as per requirement.

Calibration

Valid calibration certificate from NABL Accredited Lab (with NABL logo) will be submitted.
