VETERINARY ARTIFICIAL VAGINA(AV) STERILIZER

SPECIFICATIONS:

1. The inner wall and lid of the equipment chamber will be made of stainless steel 8S 316 grade (mat finish) with 50 mm high densityglass wool insulation between the walls. The Outer chamber will be made of S.S.304 matt finished.
2. The working size will be inside (working chamber) 900 L x 45O D x 550 H mm including wheel height
3. The equipment will have capacity to hold 50 Artificial Vagina (AV)/ AV liner / AV Cone on stainlesssteel SS-316 grade bent rods.
4. The equipment will be fitted with 4000 watts water heater and the water heater will be properly covered with stainless steel grill.
5. It will have high precision digital temperature display with 0. 1°C resolution.
6. It will have temperature setting from ambient to 150°C and automatic thermostatic regulation by PID (proportional integralderivative) controller with precision of 0.5° C.
7. The equipment will have leak-proof water drain valve.
8. The equipment will also have arrangement to drain out water condensed on the lid.
9. The equipment will be mounted on heavy duty castor wheels
10. The equipment will be compatible to function with electric power supply in the range of 220 to 240 V and 49 to 51 Hz.
