Construction Details

Mono-block construction with I-section base frame. The body is impervious with thermally isolated blocks which can resist high-low temperatures. The test chamber has easy-accession sections with removable panels for easy maintenance. Compact structure with best possible minimized foot-prints


  • Exterior material shall be made of min 2mm thick CRCS with powder coated panels/door with impressive precision & aesthetics
  • Internal test chamber is manufactured with Stainless steel material
  • Test chamber is welded with X-Ray automated machine for high quality warp free with 100% air/water tight leak tested.
  • Internal test chamber and outer body is isolated using mineral wool ensuring no air pockets and zero conduction and heat losses
  • Multi-level diagonally joined airlock silicone rubber sealing the door and chamber with conduction free isolation mounts.
  • Test chamber shall have LED illumination with pre-set cut-off timings.
  • Multi-layer vacuumized air gaps with nitrogen filled insulated window with inbuilt thermal control defogs heater.
  • Sensors for detection of open door and safety shut-down of chamber operation and alert message on the screen
  • Feed-through holes: The chamber will have right and left side 115 mm diameter access ports to connect the product during active test conditions
  • The chamber shall be mounted on 4” Heavy-duty castor wheels and levelling pads ensuring easy erection & movement of the system.
  • 120 Deg swing friction free step open heavy duty door hinge for main door open and close.
  • Default chamber will have one no of adjustable rod-type SS shelve/s for loading the specimen in the test-space.

 

Conditioning Section

Refrigeration system

  • Semi-hermetic compressor/s are mounted on two stage suspensions for vibration-free compression spring/rubber bush tightened with desired torque level
  • Eco friendly Non-CFC refrigerants R-404a Air-cooled refrigeration system.
  • Evaporator heat exchanger coils are made with oxidize free materials with full collared bullet expanded for highly efficient heat transfer and higher efficiency.
  • Automatic bypass control system based on suction pressure and temperature on variable loading / no load conditions, and temperature control accuracy.
  • Efficient oil return managing system for protection of compressor from lack of lubrication
  • The additional isolation suspension channel with antivibration pads are provided to reduce the vibration & noise level further from the compressor. **


Heating System

  • Inconel material sheathed/ bare nichrome air heaters to achieve the set temperature.
  • The heaters shall be placed in the conditioning section to avoid any radiation of heat onto the test specimen.
  • Heater outputs are controlled through zero-crossing relay/ Thyristor for superior stability and control of temperature.
  • Heaters are isolated with high insulation resistance isolators from chamber body to heater in order to avoid the earth leak.


Humidification & De-Humidification

  • System Self-pressurized fine-control condensation free humidity generator.
  • Automatic humidity purge system based on humidity set point.
  • Humidity generator shall be equipped with water level float, over temperature protection thermostat, Inconel immersion heater for vapor generation. Water level automatically controlled through a water-in solenoid valve.
  • Refrigeration based de-humidification control system for achieving the desired levels of lower RH with precise maintenance of dew point temperature.
  • Independent auto control of dew point temperature to maintain the precise low RH in the chamber.
  • High Accuracy electronic Humidity sensor for direct measurement of humidity and working on the extreme temperature range.
