Applications

Flocculators help determine the amount of treatment chemicals and the sequence, in which they should be added for water treatment plants and other environmental test centers. While water treatment plants use larger scale paddle wheel or turbine flocculators as part of the treatment process, smaller scale flocculators test small batches.

Advantages

Construction Details :

1. Individual Digital RPM Indicators (06 Nos) with Individual speed regulator (06 Nos) will be provided for all six stirrers.
2. Individual electrical motor (06 Nos.) with six different stirring paddles will be provided to carry out stirring operation on various test samples simultaneously with different different speed.
3. Exterior body of the unit is fabricated from strong Mild Steel Material, which is powder coated in attractive shades to give aesthetical exterior appearance.
4. Arrangement is made within the unit to adjust stirring paddle height as per the test requirement.
5. Stirring paddles are manufactured from Stainless Steel Material
6. Glass Beakers up to 2000 ml capacity can be used for stirring operation.
7. Instrument is equipped with ON/OFF switch and built‑in fluorescent tube.
8. Control panel is equipped with ON-OFF Switch, Illumination Switch, Individual speed regulators and Individual RPM Displays
9. Supplied without glass beaker. (Can be procured at extra cost)
