Construction Details:
TRIPLE WALLED, Drier will be of robust construction, built on framed angles and suitably reinforced with angles and sections. The external wall manufactured from 18 SWG thick mild steel sheets. The dryer will be insulated with thick glass wool insulation. The dryer will have a fresh air inlet and an adjustable air outlet with 2 side opening doors at front and back side. Front door will be used to take out the treated material with the help of the sliding trolley and back door can be used to load the chamber with untreated material using sliding trolley. The doors can be locked with the help of spring loaded ball latches with suitable pressure. Door lips will have silicon gasket to prevent thermal leakages. The dryer will be externally powder coated.
Electrical Heating:
Air inside the dryer will be heated by 'U' tube air heaters each of 2000 watts. The heaters are fitted on the sides of the dryer to facilitate uniform heating. Maximum temperature attained inside the dryer will be 250 degree centigrade and will be indicated by a digital Temperature indicator cum controller fitted on the dryer. Temperature inside the dryer will be controlled by the same unit over full range of heating load.
Air Circulation:
Air inside the dryer will be circulated by heavy duty axial flow fan fitted on shaft of ¾" / ¼" dia. and driven by T.E.F.C. motor. The special design of the drier ensures uniform air circulation, so that there is uniform air current over the entire charge loaded inside the drier. The working of the motor will be indicated by lamps in the control panel.
Control Panel:
Control panel will be fitted on the front of the dryer. It comprises of starter with overload relay, contactor, push buttons, Digital PID Temp. indicator cum Controller, indicating lamps, connectors etc. All components are wired up for connections with an earthing bolt.
Trolley tracks
Dedicated tracks are fitted at the bottom part of the chamber to facilitate easy movement of material handling trolley.
