Salient Features of Environmental Chamber

  1. Powder coated exterior body
  2. Stainless steel S.S. - 304 Grade interior chamber
  3. Chamber equipped with Optical laser distance sensor for elongation measurement
  4. Tactfully designed to let the connecting rod pass from the top of the chamber, On end of which is connected with the SPECIMEN CLAMPING FIXTURE and the other end of which is connected to the load cell of tensile testing machine.
  5. Sufficient inner chamber dimensions to accommodate the creep testing fixture (grip) as per ASTM D6992, ASTM D5262 Standards
  6. Equipped with CFC Free refrigeration system, evaporation coil and condenser to operate in the lower temperature range
  7. Also equipped with motorized blower for uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber
  8. Heating elements are fixed at the back side of the chamber
  9. Equipped with Thermal leakage proof insulation on all side of the chamber
  10. Easy access for mounting & dismounting of samples, Changing of test fixture and Positioning of environmental chamber
  11. Enclosed Environmental chamber in surrounding of the test fixture (test grip) thus eliminating the complex adjustment of load cell, mounting & dismounting of test samples
  12. Easy opening and closing of the environmental chamber doors for mounting the test samples
  13. Also, Supplied complete with Instruction manual, Test report and calibration certificate
  14. Arrangement to control the Humidity can also be made as per the test requirement (at additional cost)
