JOMINEY QUENCHING FIXTURE. This fixture is fabricated with thick M.S.Sheet, as per International standards BS4437‑1969. The system is designed in two parts, one is the Test tank and the other reservoir. Test tank will have dimensions of 1.5' depth and 1 feet height. Standard dimensions while quenching are maintained. Bottom reservoir which contains water is equipped with pumping arrangement. Throttle valve is provided to maintain free jet as per standard.

Viewing window for adjusting initial free jet of 63mm
Levelling strip for adjusting initial free jet of 63mm.
Dial thermometer for checking temperature of quenching water bath.
Quick release baffle (Stooper) arrangement to withhold free jet before commencement of quenching.
