Universal Load Frame (Digital)-The Universal Load Frame is a system designed for carrying out 3 different tests mainly CBR test , Marshal stability test and unconfined compression test along with inbuilt programming and data acquisition of all the three tests. The different values of measurements like load , displacement can be digitally viewed on the same screen.

Salient features of CBR test

1. Speed 1.25, 1.5 and 2.5 mm / min.
2. Auto store of load and flow value at 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 mm.
3. Auto reverse after 12.5 mm or after pressing stop.
4. Auto calculation of the CBR value at 2.5 mm and 5 mm.

Salient features in Marshal stability test

1. Auto save of peak load and peak flow value.
2. Auto reverse on the completion of the test.
3. Auto reverse as and when machine is stopped.
4. Speed 50.8 mm / min.

Salient features in unconfined compression test

1. Speed 1.25, 1.5 and 2.5 mm / min.
2. Auto store of load and flow value at time interval of 30 seconds.
3. Auto reverse after 15 mm or after pressing stop.

1. 3 KVA servo stabilizer is must to operate the machine, which can be supplied at extra cost.
