Application

To determine the color of Lubricating oil test samples. The sample under test is taken into 33 mm diameter test tube and is placed inside the comparator. The discs are then rotated until a match is obtained. A direct reading is then made in a graded scale.

Details:

• Manual Observation with artificial daylight & Knob to compare the disc color with sample against distilled water.
• Box made up of CRC Body powder coated in attractive shades.
• Three Aperture windows, Three eye pieces in front
• Supplied Complete with artificial daylight, 02 Nos. color discs, 03 Nos. test tubes and One power chord.
• The instrument stands on legs and its position is fully adjustable.
• The whole unit incorporates standardized lighting cabinet which yield uniform illumination at all levels.
• The instrument incorporates 02 sets of color standards, each in independent disc. (Disc A on the left hand side and Disc B on the right hand side.) The standard colors are mounted alternatively between Disc A & Disc B.
• Glass tube     : 33 mm Inner diameter
