CONTROL SYSTEM

•  Temperature control : Digital Temperature controller will be a PID automatic control Power control and programmable with Necessary safety features. With ramp soak
• Including 4 programming memories &  atleast 8 ramp temperature  and holding time.
  
• Temperature sensor : Pt+Rh13%/Pt - 'R' type thermocouple along With Recrystallized alumina beads and Sheath
• Power control: MCB Mains
• Indications: a) Amp meter b) pilot indicating light C) Mains Indicator d) Output Indicator
• Control switches : Mains on, out put on
• Safety Control : Over heat safety cut-off of safety controller provided
