Construction Details:

  • Table mounting type
  • Aesthetic exterior appearance
  • Fabricated from Mild Steel Material  
  • Box type fabrication in a composite assembly of two sections 
  • Powder coated in attractive shades.
  • The heating cavity is located on the left of the assembly, while the control panel with electrical gearing is positioned on the right.


Refractory:

  • Internal refractory lining made of Hot Face,, High Alumina, Refractory Fiber insulation backed by low heat capacity.
  • Ceramic fiber insulation of different grades with fan cooling for low skin temperature.


Heating Element:

Furnace is Equipped with Matched set of Silicon Carbide Heating Elements, which are horizontally mounted, radiate directly on both sides of the Heating Cavity to derive symmetrical heat distribution.
