FLEXURAL TEST ATTACHMENT FOR CTM

Compliance with following International Standards:

IS 516 (Part 1/Sec 1) : 2021, IS: 9399-1979, BS: 1881-Part 118, ASTM C78

Construction Details:

1. 100 kN Capacity flexural loading unit
2. The lower platen has two rollers, the distance between which is adjustable.
3. For 150 mm x 150 mm x 700 mm beam, the center distance between the rollers is 600 mm, while it is 400 mm for beams of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 500 mm.
4. The upper platen has also a pair of rollers whose distance is adjustable.
5. The distance between upper roller is 200 mm center to center, for 150 mm x 150 mm x 700 mm size beam and 133 mm for 100 mm x 100 mm x 500 mm size beam.

This is an attachment to be connected to CTM.The CTM should be capable of applying the load at a rate 0.7 N/mm2/min (rate of loading being 4 kN/min for 150 mm specimens and 1.8 kN/min for 100 mm specimens).
