A Complete Laboratory hydraulic press producing a force of about 25 tones to make high quality FTIR Kbr pellet press, XRF pellet press & Thin Film Press applications. Typically used by R&D & QC labs for various pelleting applications for IR/FTIR/XRF Solid Sampling.

How the machine functions?

1. The high pressure pumping unit supplies hydraulic fluid to the up-stoking ram of the cylinder.
2. This causes the ram to rise steadily and positively in the upward direction. As a result pressure is applied on the pallet die and the solid samples is formed.
