Cutting die to prepare the sample for Tensile test
Notes
(1) No warranty is applicable in case of punch die as smooth & uninterrupted operation of dies depends on various other governing factors such as Proper Alignment of dies, Bottom Support, Technical skills of the operator etc.
(2) This is purely visual and skill based work. Any random un-skilled operator can damage the die and EIE shall not be held responsible for the same.
(3) Use of Saag Wood / Teak Wood as bottom support to withstand the actual force of press after the specimen has been cut is highly recommend. Die shall not be used without reliable Saag Wood / Teak Wood as bottom support.
