Test Assembly for measuring lateral resistance to Nail as per Fig.1 of IS:2380(15) with stirrups and connections as per Fig.2. The assembly is to be attached to the existing tensile testing machine and the test to be conducted at 6mm/min. The load required to move the nail to the edge of the specimen shall be the measure of the lateral resistance.
