About the Role: Marketing Head lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Identifying Marketing Goal
2. Setting Marketing  Goal is one of the aspects of a Sales Manager
3. Creating Sales Plans
4. Providing Training Opportunities
5. Motivating the Team
6. Managing Key Accounts

Candidate Qualifications :

1. Fluency with all three languages such as : English, Hindi and Gujarati
2. Proficient in Typing
3. Accuracy and Attention to Detail
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and software programs
5. Preferred Qualification :  BE/ Diploma IC/ EC Civil Engineering OR any engineering degree holder
6. 10-12 years of industry experience or a relatable experience required
