Details:

1. Made of high quality metal (Mild Steel)
2. Manufactured from special alloy steel having minimum surface hardness of HV200.
3. All surfaces are grinded and all parts are marked with an identification number for a correct assembling.
4. A part-number is engraved on each mould and a Certificate of Conformity is supplied along with.
5. Complete with or without steel inserts and fixing screws.

Detailed Specification

1. Three-Gang Mortar Prism Mould
2. Internal mould dimensions will be 160 × 40 × 40 mm, suitable for preparing three mortar prism specimens in a single casting.
3. The mould will conform to the dimensional and performance requirements of EN 196-1 and DIN EN 196-1.
4. The mould will be manufactured from high-quality corrosion-resistant steel with precision-machined internal surfaces to ensure accurate specimen dimensions and excellent surface finish.
5. The assembly will provide rigid construction to prevent deformation during specimen preparation and compaction.
6. The mould will be supplied with or without bore holes for steel inserts, as specified.
7. All mating surfaces will be accurately machined to prevent leakage of cement mortar during casting.
8. The mould will be designed for easy assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and maintenance, ensuring long service life and repeatable specimen preparation.
9. The internal dimensions and tolerances will comply with the requirements of EN 196-1, ensuring preparation of test specimens suitable for flexural and compressive strength determination of cement mortar.
