1. End user shall have tensile machine capable of offering Load rate of 0.003 cm/cm length of the specimen per minute within a permissible variation of ± 25 percent
2. End user shall have tensile machine and software capable of offering Yield load deformation curve to determine the modulus of elasticity and proportional limit
