Construction Details:

  • Aesthetic exterior appearance
  • Fabricated from Mild Steel Material  
  • Box type fabrication in a composite assembly of two sections 
  • Powder coated in attractive shades.
  • The heating cavity is located on the left of the assembly, while the control panel with electrical wiring is positioned on the right.


Refractory:

  • Internal refractory lining made of High Alumina material.
  • Ceramic fiber insulation of different grades.


Heating Element:

Furnace is Equipped with Matched set of Silicon Carbide Heating Elements, which are horizontally mounted, radiate directly on both sides of the Heating Cavity to derive symmetrical heat distribution.
