Construction Details:

1. Table mounting type
2. Aesthetic exterior appearance
3. Mild Steel duly powder coated body
4. Box type fabrication in a composite assembly of two sections 
5. Powder coated in attractive shades.
6. The heating cavity is located on the left of the assembly, while the control panel with electrical gearing is positioned on the right.

Refractory:

1. Internal refractory lining made of Hot Face,, High Alumina, Refractory Fiber insulation backed by low heat capacity.
2. Ceramic fiber insulation of different grades with fan cooling for low skin temperature.

Heating Element:

Furnace is Equipped with Matched set of Silicon Carbide Heating Elements, which are horizontally mounted, radiate directly on both sides of the Heating Cavity to derive symmetrical heat distribution.
