Light weight with ceramic wool insulation. The outer casing made of thick mild steel sheets painted attractively. Heating Chamber consist of grooved refractory bricks in which heating elements are inserted in and are easily replaceable. Temperature controlled by Dual display microprocessor based Digital temperature indicator cum controller with R type sensor. compensating cable etc. working on 440 V. Max. Temperature.: 1400 °C. & Working Temp.: 1350 °C.


Construction Details:

Refractory:

  1. Internal refractory lining made of Hot Face,, High Alumina, Refractory Fiber insulation backed by low heat capacity.
  2. Ceramic fiber insulation of different grades with fan cooling for low skin temperature.

Heating Element:

Furnace is Equipped with Matched set of Silicon Carbide Heating Elements, which are horizontally mounted, radiate directly on both sides of the Heating Cavity to derive symmetrical heat distribution.
