CONCRETE MIXER-140T

1. The machine will be capable for mixing concrete ingredients in a homogeneous form.
2.  The machine will have features as per IS:1791 latest edition such as :
3. Capacity : 140 T

 Drum:

1. The drum material and plate size will be as under
2. Upper Conical portion: At least 4 mm thick steel plate as per IS:226
3. Cylindrical Portion : At least 6 mm thick steel plate as per IS : 8500
4. Lower Portion : At least 12 mm thick cast iron FG 300 as per IS:210 or 8 mm thick steel as per IS : 8500
5. Standard Blades attached to drum: At least 8 mm thick steel blades as per IS: 226.
6. Frame: will be fabricated from ISMC 75. 
7. Motor: 2 hP, 3 phases, will have an appropriate housing with cover and shall be mounted on shock proof table.
8. The mixer will be provided with towing bar having circular eyes.
9. It will have a large hand wheel with clutch and locking arrangement for easy operation.
10. The machine frame will be mounted on a four sturdy flanged steel wheels.
11. The machine will be supplied with concreting tray made up of GI sheet having dimensions 3’ x 4’ with protruded edges having height 100mm. The thickness of tray will be 2mm. It will have two handles on outer side of flange in width direction.
12. The machine will be supplied with two shovels having smooth wooden handles, two spades with wooden handle, six large trowels and six steel baskets for transportation of concrete.
13. Machine will be supplied with necessary tool kit 1 set and 2 copies of operational manual.
