Lid, flange & bottom sheet also made of stainless steel. All joints  argon welded., Joint less silicon gasket, Heavy duty industrial flange heater. Pressure range: 15 to 22 PSI, factory set at 15 PSI. , Microprocessor  based digital display. Temp. indicator cum controller with PT – 100 sensor. Temperature Range: 121°C  to 125°C,  resolution: 0.1°C . Accuracy ± 0.5°C.. Lid fitting pressure gauge 0-30 PSI, safety spring loaded pressure valve with extra high pressure safety valve to double check against safety valve failure,  steam release valve.  Hydraulically tested at 60 PSI., Foot lifting arrangement included,  Working on 230V/440 V /15A/50 Hz. Calibration certificate for pressure gauge and Digital Temp. indicator provided, Temperature automatically maintained by digital controller, which controls pressure and temperature with temperature indication, factory set at 121 °C (15 PSI) ,along with built in digital timer adjustable for maintaining sterilization cycle time with auto cut off. Low water cut off provided to safeguard heaters against accidental burn out,On site Validation and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation at extra cost.
